Why I Am Building This
The story behind AuraLog and my personal fitness journey
I hit a plateau in my fitness journey. Despite consistent training, my progress stalled. My strength wasn't increasing, my mobility was limited, and recovery became inconsistent.
I don't think the problem was lack of effort but rather lack of visibility. I tracked so much but my data was fragmented across different apps and spreadsheets, making it impossible to see the complete picture.
I needed a unified dashboard that could connect all my fitness data, score my progress in key areas, and tell me exactly what to focus on next. When I couldn't find that solution, I built it.
